BALLASTA — Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Senu Games ("we", "us") operates the mobile game BALLASTA (the "App") on iOS and Android. This policy explains what data the App collects, why, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to this policy.

2. What we collect

• Game progress — your levels, Flux, boosters, Kinetic Lab modules, settings and similar gameplay data are stored on your device. They are not linked to your name or account.
• Gameplay analytics (optional) — only if you allow it, anonymous events such as level started/completed/failed, restarts, boosters used, screens opened and features used, tied to a random installation ID. We use them to balance levels and improve the game. You are asked on first launch and can change your choice at any time in Settings.
• Crash and performance data — crash reports, device model, OS version, App version and diagnostic logs so we can fix bugs.
• Advertising identifiers — only if you choose personalized ads, the ad provider may use your device advertising identifier (IDFA / GAID). Otherwise ads are non-personalized. On iOS we ask for permission through App Tracking Transparency before accessing the IDFA.
• Daily Challenge scores — if you play the Daily Challenge, your score and an anonymous player ID may be sent to a leaderboard service so a ranking can be shown. No name or contact details are attached.
• Purchase receipts — in-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We only receive a transaction receipt to unlock what you bought; we never see your payment details.

3. What we do not collect

No name, e-mail address, phone number, contacts, precise location, camera, microphone or photos. The App has no user accounts and no chat. The App works fully offline; online features are optional.

4. Third-party services

• Unity Ads (advertising) — Unity Privacy Policy, Unity player privacy.
• Unity Gaming Services (analytics, remote configuration, leaderboards, in-app purchasing) — Unity Privacy Policy.
• Apple App Store / Google Play (payments and distribution).

These providers process data under their own policies and may use it for the purposes described there (for example, ad measurement and fraud prevention).

5. Notifications

The App can send local reminders (for example, when a Daily Challenge or reward is available). They are generated on your device, never more than a few per week, and can be turned off in your device settings at any time. We do not use push notification servers.

6. Your choices

• Analytics can be switched on or off at any time in Settings inside the App.
• Personalized ads can be limited in your device settings (iOS: Settings ▸ Privacy & Security ▸ Tracking; Android: Settings ▸ Google ▸ Ads). Remove Ads is available as an in-app purchase; rewarded ads remain optional.
• Reset progress in Settings erases all local progress.
• Data deletion — to request deletion of analytics, crash or leaderboard data linked to your installation ID, e-mail privacy@senugames.com.

7. Children

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Retention and security

Analytics and crash data are retained for up to 14 months and then deleted or aggregated. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Game progress stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App.

9. International transfers and legal bases

Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on your consent for analytics and personalized advertising and on our legitimate interest in operating, securing and improving the App for crash reporting. You may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your data and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

10. Changes

We will post updates on this page and update the effective date above. When material changes occur, the App will ask for your consent again.
