Slatfall — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading or playing Slatfall: Marble Puzzle (the "App") you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the App on a device you own or control, for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, sell or redistribute the App or its content except where the law expressly allows it.

3. Virtual items and purchases

Gears, boosters, the starter pack, the Premium Finish Pack, event offers and "Remove Ads" are licensed virtual items with no real-world value. They cannot be transferred, exchanged or refunded except as required by law or by the store's own refund policy. Purchases are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms; prices are set and displayed by the store in your currency. "Restore Purchases" is available in the Shop. Cosmetic finishes change how the sculptures look, never how the game plays. We may adjust the game economy (rewards, prices in gears, level design) at any time.

4. Advertising

The App shows ads, including optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch. Rewards are granted when the ad provider confirms completion; we are not responsible for ads that fail to load. "Remove Ads" removes interstitial ads only.

5. Fair play

Do not exploit bugs, tamper with save files, use automation or cheating tools, or use the App unlawfully. We may revoke access for abuse.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or discontinue the App or any feature (including daily puzzles, missions and events) at any time without liability. Some features require an internet connection; the campaign plays fully offline.

7. Intellectual property

All content of the App is owned by CoachOn Inc. or its licensors. Fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoachOn Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules and without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
